SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders made in garmoure Online Store.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Indonesia national holidays).

  • For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 3 - 7 working days after order verification and credit approval.

  • We use flat-rate shipping of Rp. 15,000 for orders below Rp. 500,000. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

  • Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is Rp. 500,000 and above

  • All shipments are processed in our facility to all around Indonesia.

  • We do not deliver to P.O boxes

  • Orders will be processed and shipped once verification and authorization are received.

  • You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.

  • International: We currently do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Indonesia.

  • Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us using your email address and order ID

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
